    Viewing Invoices


      Article summary

      There can be 2 different type of invoices under your Reseller account. 

      The first invoice which is always issued with every purchase, no matter the channel, is from Dreamscape Networks to you. This invoice is issued for the wholesale rate in which you pay us for the products and can be used for your tax or business purposes. Please see below on how to obtain these invoices.

      A second invoice will be issued from your business, using your business details, to your customer if required and if the purchase took place on the Reseller storefront. To view these invoices, look up your customer, login as the customers member account and click Billing History.

      Viewing Your Invoices


      1. Log in to the Reseller's Console.
      2. Hover your mouse over the Finances option.
      3. Click Invoices.
      4. Select the date from the drop down boxes.


        Tip:
        • Expand an invoice item to see the items purchased.
        • Click the Invoice Number to see more detailed purchase information 
        • Click the PDF icon to download a .pdf copy of the Invoice, to print or save.
