Searching for a Customers Account

Looking up your customers in our Reseller Console is something you will be doing everyday and is actually very easy! The easiest and fastest way is to search for a part of your customers account in our search feature. This search accepts the following searches:

• Domain name
• Email address
• Customer ID
• Phone number
• Product domain name

To search for your customers follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Reseller's Console.
2. Click the search bar on the top right.
3. Type any of the following: domain name, email address, customer ID, phone number, product name
4. Press the Enter key from your keyboard.
5. Click the specific customer from the result.
