    Reset Password for Customers Account Manager

      Your customers at times may forget their password to access the account manager. 

      Your customer can reset their password themselves from the login screen or drop down from your storefront:

      Then enter their domain name or username and click Retrieve. The reset password email will be sent to the email address on file.



      1. Log in to the Reseller Console.
      2. Pull up the customer's account.
      3. Click the Send to Customer button next to Login.

      The customer will receive the reset password link in the email address on file.
