How to Manage DNS in the Reseller Console
As a reseller, you can manage and update the DNS records of your customer’s domains. Though there are various methods in managing the DNS, the fastest way is through the DNS Settings panel inside the Reseller Console.
Note: Only applicable for domain names registered with us.
This page will guide you on where to find the DNS Settings panel and how to configure the DNS records of your customers' domains.
Access the DNS Settings in the Reseller Console
You must access the DNS Settings panel to be able to manage your customer’s DNS records. Follow the steps below on how to find the DNS Settings.
- Log in to the Reseller's Console.
- On the top-bar menu, hover your mouse over Domains and select Manage.
- From the list, select the customer’s domain name that you need to modify.
- Scroll down to DNS SETTINGS panel.
Follow the next set of instructions on how you can add, modify, and delete a DNS record in the Reseller Console.

Adding a DNS Record
- Under DNS Settings, click MANAGE and select Add Record.
- Click next to A Record and select the type of DNS record you need to set up, then click Add. See the screenshot below as an example.
- Enter the required DNS record information on the fields provided.
- Click Save to complete the process.
Modifying a DNS Record
- Under DNS SETTINGS, choose the type of record you need to edit from the list.
- Click MODIFY that corresponds to your chosen record.
- Make the necessary alterations to the DNS record on the fields provided. See the screenshot below as an example.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
Deleting a DNS Record
- Under DNS SETTINGS, choose the type of record you need to remove from the list.
- Click MODIFY that corresponds to your chosen record. See the screenshot below as an example.
- Click Delete.
- Click Save to confirm.
Please note that the DNS records will only work via the Reseller Console if the domain name is pointed to the following Name Servers:
