What are the name servers for your hosting?

If a hosting product is setup on domain names under your account and are set with the default name servers, our system will automatically update the name servers to our hosting servers. If you need to set the name servers manually they are:

      ns3.secureparkme.com
      ns4.secureparkme.com

How to access Webmail for my email address?

If your customers would like to access their Webmail instead of using a mail client, we have 3 different methods they can do this.

      1. Through your storefront:
        • Go to your Storefront URL.
        • Click My Account top right, then Email Login.
        • Select Standard or Exchange email address type.
        • Enter the email address and password to login.

      2. Through a direct login:
      3. Through cPanel:
        • Login to the cPanel hosting account.
        • Click Email and then Accounts.
        • Scroll down to the list of emails and click the down arrow, then 'Access Webmail'.
        • Select your preferred Webmail software.

How do I setup an email account through Outlook or Mac Mail?

To setup your standard email account through Outlook, Mac Mail or any third-party email application, you can configure it using an auto-configuration script or manually using the mail server settings provided to you in the cPanel.

      • To access these settings, please login to the hosting account by looking up the product in the reseller console and then click the 'Control Panel' button on the top right.
      • Once you have logged into the hosting manager, click on Email and then Accounts.
      • Scroll down to the email you would like to setup and click the down arrow and then 'Set Up Mail Client'.
      • On this page you can download auto-configuration scripts that will automatically setup your account on the email client listed.
      • If these scripts do not work for you, scroll down on this page to find the settings to setup your accounts manually.
        Tips:
We recommend using IMAP with SSL enabled for all devices.
Authentication is required for the Outgoing Mail Server, which is the 'same as the Incoming Mail Server'.
You may chose to use the customers ISP as the Outgoing Mail Server instead which does not require authentication.

      Manual Email Setup

If you are not hosted on cPanel or need the common setup instructions, please use these details:

We recommend to setup your emails as IMAP on all devices:

      Username: the email address
Password: password for the email address
      Incoming Mail Server: mail.<domainname>
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.<domainname> or mail.<customers_ISP>

Please note that if you use the customers domain name for the Outgoing Mail Server, authentication is required and set to 'same as the Incoming Mail Server'.

How do I stop a spammer spoofing my email?

Email spoofing is a technique used in spam and phishing attacks to trick users into thinking a message came from a person or entity they either know or can trust. In spoofing attacks, the sender forges email headers so that client software displays the fraudulent sender address, which most users take at face value.

To resolve this, your Domain must be SPF-protected. The system automatically conducts an email authentication protocol each time your Domain is used for sending emails. When an unauthorised mail server or IP address uses your Domain, it fails SPF authentication and will not deliver the emails.

But, how exactly does it work? To protect your Domain, you can manually add our SPF Record as a TXT Record.

      TXT Value: "v=spf1 +a +mx include:_spf.syrahost.com ~all"
