What is Free DNS Hosting?

As part of every domain name registration, we provide free DNS hosting that covers the records needed to launch a website or setup email accounts externally from our products.

Records included in free DNS hosting are:

• A records
• AAAA records
• MX records
• CNAME records
• CAA records

These records can be setup via the Reseller Console, clients members area, or through API/WHMCS.

Please note that the name servers of the domain name must be set to our default records for the free DNS to work:

Can I setup Google verification with free DNS Hosting?

Yes you can! By default Google will advise to use a TXT record to verify your domain name, which our requires Premium DNS to add to your domain name, but there are many other ways to verify your domain name with Google and you do not need to use TXT only. The best way to verify your domain name is with a CNAME record which you can take advantage of the free DNS hosting to add this.
