      Dreamscape Networks understand that at times a product will need to be cancelled or deleted for many reasons.

      By default, when a domain name or product is deleted by you or your client, we do not provide any form of refund or credit to you.

      If you would like to apply for a refund or credit on the domain name or product that has been deleted, please contact us.


      Refunds are not guaranteed for all domain names or products and are bound by the specific product terms which can be found here: Standard Policies & Agreements

      Generally, we can provide the following, but are not guaranteed and at our discretion;

      • full refund for most products within 30 days of purchase
      • pro-rata credit for the remaining period of the product if it is over 30 days old (this does not apply to some products such as SSL certificates & SEO products)
      • domain names that have been successfully registered are final and usually cannot be refunded or credited

      Please note, any refund that is processed back to your clients credit card will result in any profit obtained from the initial order to be removed.
